Description
The Twist air variable swirl diffuser can be used for various ceiling heights from 4 m to 12 m. It enables turbulent airflow, long-range constant airflow and the Coanda effect – where cold air is dispersed below the ceiling.
Construction
The diffuser consists of a nozzle-shaped housing and 10 centrally adjustable blades with a metal mechanism.
Material and finish
Aluminium sheet metal.
Any colour from the RAL palette.
Drive
C - Manual drive
Central manual adjustment of blade position.
E - Electric drive
Ready for electric drive mounting. Upon customer's request, the electric motor can also be installed on the diffuser housing.
Electric motor drives:
- LM230A
- LM230A SR
- LM24A
- LM24A SR
T - Thermostatic drive
The diffuser has a built-in thermostatic drive that detects the temperature of the blown air and automatically adjusts the position of the blades. The thermostatic element operates in the temperature range of 22 °C to 38 °C. It operates automatically and does not require additional energy sources and related installations. The diffuser is set to the optimal position and activated already in the factory. The blades are open at an angle of 85° at a temperature of 38 °C. At a temperature of 20 °C, the mechanical lock stops the closing of the blades at an angle of 35°.
